I found a Valentine's project/recipe in a magazine that I wanted to try with Alex, Logan,
and Caison. It took about four hours to make--the finished product
tasted alright, but I doubt I'll be making it again anytime soon. The
boys had a great time making it and watching the Jell-O set. We used a
heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut heart-shaped pieces of the red Jell-O
concoction in honor of Valentine's Day. I wasn't sure if the boys
would eat it, but they dug right in and finished it off. Here are some pictures of the process and the outcome!

This made for a very sweet center layer! It was mixed with the Knox unflavored gelatin.
